Calendar bookings - You will also receive a confirmation from us with your appt time and date via text or email for online bookings. Please text if you do not receive prior to your appt. 

**Please remember if you need to cancel or change your online booking or appointment time, please phone/text ASAP during office hours to give us plenty of notice in order to avoid the no-show/late cancellation fee.

*Texts and emails are accepted for bookings and will be be answered by our Administrator during business hours.

NB/ If you need to inform the Psychologist of any personal information it is best practice to do so during the sessions for confidentiality purposes, not via the use of technology. If you wish to use this technology  please be aware of the safety limitations as computers/mobile devices are not 100% secure or safe.
